The scariest thing happened to me yesterday. I’m still shaken up.
I went to the beach yesterday for my friends birthday, the day was nice. We where having great fun. Then Nathan, Taylor, Shanae and I decided to go back in the water, the waves where strong and without noticing we where being pulled further out and to the right towards the rocks and peir. Then all of a sudden we all realised and paniced ( nathan was a few metres closer to shore then us but was still caught in the hard current.) I couldnt see anyone but taylor, we swam towards each other, wasting a lot of energy. I started to have an anxiety attack and taylor swam me to a pole under the peir. Then got shanae on one. We thought this was smart untill the waves where making it impossible to hold on and tgey where knocking us into the poles. Shanae drifted out and neither me or taylor could see her, then it was my turn. A strobg wave hit sweeping me under the water and into several poles. I was extremely winded andd i was sruggling to take breaths, then i went under. I was under for about 2 minutes trying to get to the top, then i gave uo, the waves where too strong and thats when everything started going black. I closed my eyes and waited. All i could here was taylor and shanae screaming and crying, being pulled further out. Thats when a wave came and swept the water from under me. I had a second to take a breath and look. I saw nathan. He was being knocked around but then stood up, he got pushed to where he could touch the floor. He looked at me, with all the energy i had left i swam in his direction. He grabed me and i held onto him and burst into tears screaming i want out. Then we walked to the right so taylor and shanae could see us. Nathan (being tallest anf strongest) walked as far out as he could and taylor swam to him he grabed her and i went as far as i could. He passed taylor to me i carried her to the rocks and shanae and nathan where behind us. Me and taylor stood there crying.
I honestly thought i was going to die.
